This Privacy Policy explains how Western NY Cards ("Western NY Cards," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Western NY Cards mobile application (the "App").

Information We Collect

The App does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, payment information, or precise location.

If you enable push notifications, the App sends the following information to our notification service:

• An Apple Push Notification service (APNs) device token.
• Whether the token is for a production or testing environment.
• Your selected sports notification preferences, such as baseball or football.

The APNs token is a technical identifier used to route notifications to your device. We do not associate it with your name, email address, an account, or other directly identifying information.

Information Stored Only on Your Device

Saved searches and related app preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not receive or maintain a user profile containing those saved searches.

How We Use Information

We use the APNs token and notification preferences only to:

• Deliver product-drop and restock notifications that you request.
• Route alerts based on your selected sports.
• Maintain and secure the App's notification functionality.

We do not sell this information, use it for cross-app tracking, or use it to build advertising profiles.

Third-Party Services

The App relies on services provided by third parties:

• Apple Push Notification service: Apple delivers notifications to your device. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare: Our app feeds and notification registrations are processed using Cloudflare Workers and Workers KV. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• YouTube: The App can display videos using an embedded YouTube player. YouTube or Google may receive information when you load or play embedded content. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• eBay: Auction links open eBay, where eBay's own privacy practices and terms apply. See eBay's User Privacy Notice.

We require service providers that process information on our behalf to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable law. Information you provide directly to a third-party service is governed by that service's privacy policy.

Affiliate Disclosure

Western NY Cards participates in the eBay Partner Network. We may earn compensation when you click qualifying links or complete qualifying purchases, at no additional cost to you. The App does not process purchases or payment information; transactions are completed through eBay or another linked retailer.

Data Retention and Deletion

Notification registrations are retained while needed to provide notifications. Apple may notify us when a device token is no longer valid, at which point we remove that registration. We may also delete registrations that are obsolete, invalid, or no longer needed.

You can revoke notification permission at any time in iOS Settings. To request deletion of a stored notification registration, contact us using the information below. Because registrations are not tied to an account, we may need reasonable technical information from you to locate the correct token.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no network transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children's Privacy

The App is not designed to collect personal information from children. The App does not process purchases. Purchases are completed through third-party retailers and are subject to their account, age, parental-control, and payment requirements. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

Your Choices

• Decline notifications when iOS asks for permission.
• Turn notifications off later in iOS Settings.
• Choose which supported sports can generate alerts within the App.
• Request deletion by contacting us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App or our practices change. We will post the revised policy at this URL and update the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
